LawnCare Quoting Integrations

Your customers measure their own lawn.
They get a real price in seconds.

They type their address, trace their grass on satellite imagery, and see what your service costs — priced from your price book, not a guess. Every request lands in your Jobber as a draft quote with the measurement attached, waiting for you to review and send.

No quote is ever sent to a customer automatically. You review every one.

How it works

Four steps, about ninety seconds for the customer.

  1. 1

    They find their property

Address in, satellite view out. Works for any US address — no county-by-county data to set up, nothing to maintain per region.

  2. 2

    They trace their grass

Click a corner, keep clicking around the edge, close the shape. Front and back are separate areas. They can pull the view back to see a big lot, or zoom right in to place a point precisely.

  3. 3

    They see the price

Square footage is measured from the outline they drew — not estimated from pixel colour, which cannot tell grass from tree canopy. Then it is priced off your bands, with monthly and pay-for-the-year shown side by side.

  4. 4

    You get a draft quote

They submit; it appears in your Jobber with the line items filled in and a picture of exactly what they traced. You check it and send it.

What your customers see

  • A quoting page on your own website, embedded in your design
  • Their real property, from current satellite imagery
  • A price for the services they pick, from your price list
  • Monthly or pay-for-the-year, with the saving shown plainly
  • A reference number and a clear confirmation

What you get

  • A draft quote in Jobber, never auto-sent
  • The measurement image attached to every quote
  • The customer's answers in the quote notes — grass type, dog, fence, pool
  • An office page listing every request and whether it reached Jobber
  • A retry button for the rare push that fails, so no lead is ever lost
  • A signed price sheet generated from the software itself, so the numbers you approved and the numbers it charges cannot drift apart

It works the way Jobber works

The integration is a proper OAuth connection to your Jobber account, using their official API. You authorise it once, from your own Jobber login, and you can disconnect it whenever you like.

Quotes arrive as drafts. Line items carry your wording. A customer who chooses to pay monthly gets a quote written as twelve monthly payments; one who pays for the year gets the discount applied and the full amount asked for as a deposit. Nothing reaches your customer without you pressing send.

Try it on a real address

The demo is a working copy, wired to nothing. Find a property, trace the lawn, and see where your prices and your questions would go. It will not create anything in anybody's Jobber, and if you send the form at the end, it comes to me.

Setup

$50

One-off. Your price book transcribed and checked, your branding, your Jobber connected, embedded on your site.

Monthly

$10/month

Hosting, the satellite imagery, the Jobber integration kept working against their API changes, and support.

Price changes are included — send me the new sheet and I update it. You own your data; the software is licensed, not sold, and can be disconnected from your Jobber at any time.

Questions people actually ask

Will it quote a price I don't want to honour?

It only quotes inside the bands you sign off. Anything past the largest band, a wooded lot, or a service you have marked as in-person only comes through as a request for a manual quote instead of a number. And every quote is a draft you review before it goes anywhere.

How accurate is the measurement?

It measures the outline the customer drew, to the scale of the imagery. The software is exact about that; what it cannot know is whether they traced carefully. That is why the picture of their outline is attached to the quote — so you can see at a glance whether it looks right before you send it.

What if the customer traces it wrong?

You will see it, because the outline comes with the quote. Adjust the quote, or call them. It is the same conversation you would have had after a site visit, without the drive.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Tracing is built for a finger as much as a mouse, and the satellite view uses the full width of a phone screen.

What happens if it breaks?

A request is saved before anything else is attempted, so a lead is never lost to a failed Jobber push. Your office page shows what failed and why, with a button to try again.

Can I have my own prices and my own questions?

Yes — that is the point. Each company runs on its own price book, its own service list, and its own wording on the quote.
